About the role

Cargill is seeking a commission‑based Sales Representative to promote and sell a wide range of food and agricultural products in Cobán. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling product weight verification, invoicing, and ensuring compliance with safety and HACCP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Validate product weight received from the plant using the client’s scale together with the client’s invoicing team.
• Invoice products according to the current price list and delivered weight, reconciling weight discrepancies.
• Control and audit inventory supplied by the supply chain.
• Coordinate and deliver daily product returns.
• Follow safety rules, critical tasks and HACCP procedures for all activities.
• Achieve sales targets and performance indicators.
• Visit existing clients for follow‑up and product sales.
• Prepare invoices, settlements and cash deposits.
• Prospect new customers and expand the sales territory.
• Participate in training and continuous‑improvement programs.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Completed primary education or higher.
• Fluent reading and writing in Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license (type B or A).
• Physical ability to bend, climb stairs, kneel, squat, twist, and lift up to 25 kg, with reasonable accommodations if needed.
• Capacity to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat up to 35 °C.
• Experience using electronic devices such as a mobile phone.
