About the role

Grupo ITM is seeking a meticulous Verifier to conduct comprehensive reviews of models, workshop drawings, and assembly plans for metal structure projects. The professional will ensure that all documentation is error‑free, consistent, and free of risks before approval and release to production or the client.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate manufacturing and assembly drawings of metal structures.
• Select and assess connections, checking for compliance with standards.
• Identify and resolve interferences and verify assembly sequences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
• Ensure adherence to ASTM, AISC, AWS, RCSC, and Steel Construction Manual specifications.

Required profile

• High school diploma or professional degree in Technical Drawing, Metallic Constructions, Civil, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in verification of metal structure drawings and large‑scale industrial projects.
• Availability to work on‑site in San Miguel Petapa.
• Intermediate level of English is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tekla Structures, AutoCAD and Trimble Connect.
• Strong ability to read and interpret design, manufacturing and assembly plans.
• Knowledge of ASTM standards, AISC 360 & 303, AWS, RCSC and the Steel Construction Manual.
• Understanding of rolling‑mill practices, tolerances and mill‑scale handling.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
