AI, Crowd Sourcing Manager

About the role

The AI Crowd Sourcing Manager will lead a global sourcing team to build and manage candidate pipelines, drive advertising efficiency, and meet customer delivery expectations across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee business and operational activities of several recruitment projects/programs operating internationally.
• Lead, develop, and coach a team of recruitment professionals to align priorities with business objectives.
• Schedule team meetings and off‑site sessions, keeping members updated on ramp changes.
• Provide daily project status updates to the Director of Recruitment.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Present recruitment agendas at quarterly business reviews with customers.
• Collaborate with PMO and Sales to define recruitment requirements for new programs, including RFPs and RFIs.
• Implement tools, techniques, and best practices across recruitment programs.
• Generate advertising efficiencies and maintain updated project templates and processes.
• Manage ATS upgrades, testing requests, and ensure high‑quality onboarding and training for team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a team‑lead role.
• Experience in tech hiring and university relationships is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal command of English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High‑level planning and project‑management capabilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to anticipate issues.
• 4th‑level qualification preferred or equivalent business experience.
• Willingness to travel for off‑site customer visits and work overtime when required.
