Key responsibilities

• Execute complex, sensitive, and high‑impact recruitment audits.
• Supervise and review evaluations performed by Junior Auditors.
• Lead calibration calls and standardize evaluation criteria across the audit team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or audit roles.
• Proven track record auditing senior‑level and specialized positions.
• Hands‑on experience supervising and calibrating junior auditors.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
