Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the onboarding experience for new clients of an international company. The role focuses on end‑to‑end client implementations, payroll configuration for U.S. employees, and delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from kickoff to go‑live.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
• Train clients on platform usage, processes, and tools.
• Validate employee information and ensure data quality.
• Configure solutions and support payroll processes within PrismHR.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client implementation, HR, onboarding, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with U.S. payroll processes.
• Direct client interaction and management experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).

Required skills

• Proficiency with PrismHR configuration and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to validate and manage database records.
• Understanding of U.S. payroll regulations.
