About the role

We are looking for a passionate Talent Hunter to lead our recruitment efforts. As the first point of contact, you will attract and engage potential collaborators, ensuring we secure the best talent for our growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source high‑quality candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to presenting complete candidate shortlists.
• Close vacancies within agreed timelines, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency.
• Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand role requirements and sell candidates effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with recruitment standards.

Required profile

• Final year university student in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high‑complexity administrative positions.
• Strong sense of responsibility and results‑orientation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
