About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Billing Assistant to support our special‑client invoicing process and maintain continuous communication with contracted customers. The role involves handling VIP client inquiries, verifying contract conditions, and delivering phone‑based support while striving to meet performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare invoices for special customers.
- Maintain constant communication with contracted clients.
- Track and resolve client requests.
- Review and verify contract terms and conditions.
- Provide service to VIP customers and internal departments.
- Handle client interactions via telephone.
- Focus on achieving set goals and targets.
Required profile
- University student in the second year of a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Strong interest in customer service and teamwork.
- Goal‑oriented mindset.
- Effective phone communication skills.
