Bilingual Call Centre Agent (English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Bilingual Call Centre Agent who can fluently communicate in English and Spanish. The role is fully remote and involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for a fast‑growing AI‑native commerce platform serving the restaurant and hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and support to customers in both English and Spanish.
• Document interactions and updates in the internal tracking system.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the wider team to improve service delivery and internal processes.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in a call‑centre, customer‑service, or client‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software.
• Experience using CRM tools.
