About the role

The company seeks a Marketing Coordinator to lead the 360° marketing strategy for a portfolio of high‑prestige international fashion brands. You will work onsite in Zona 14, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive sales growth and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive 360° marketing plans focused on sales increase and brand awareness.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and email campaigns.
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Negotiate with agencies, media partners, and suppliers to secure optimal services.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a results‑oriented culture.
• Analyze KPIs and commercial metrics to measure campaign performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Coordinator or Leader.
• Proven experience in fashion retail, beauty retail or premium consumer sectors.
• Experience managing retail brands and international franchises.
• Advanced English (interview conducted in English) and a valid work visa.
• Professional image and willingness to work onsite.
