About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full‑time position you will interact with customers via phone and email, delivering timely and effective solutions while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to email inquiries from customers.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex requests.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 80% proficiency in English; bilingual ability is required.
