About the role

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join our retail‑focused outsourcing team. The role involves creating and updating store layout plans for one of the largest supermarket chains in the region, working on‑site at multiple retail locations across Guatemala.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and revise architectural floor plans of stores using AutoCAD, adhering to project standards and deadlines.
• Validate that the drawings match the actual physical conditions of each establishment.
• Maintain accurate databases of store capacities, spaces, and furniture.
• Upload and manage plans on collaborative platforms such as SharePoint.

Required profile

• Technical Drawing diploma (preferably with studies in Architecture or Engineering).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2LT 2023 or newer, including object parametrization and 3D design.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with commercial furnishing plans, ideally in supermarkets, is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite at various retail locations.
