About the role

We are looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to support our Human Resources department. The role focuses on creating visual assets that align with the organization’s identity, strengthening internal communication and highlighting key culture, onboarding, talent development, and employee experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual pieces for internal communication.
• Develop and maintain the graphic style for HR initiatives.
• Create onboarding materials and visual support for culture campaigns.
• Design assets for traineeship and talent‑development programs.
• Adapt presentations, banners, infographics, digital pieces and other internal materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design for corporate communication, internal branding or organizational projects.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar.
• Strong visual judgment, organization and ability to keep a consistent graphic line.
• Creative, autonomous and able to work by deliverables.
• Experience in HR, culture, employer branding or internal communication is a plus.
