About the role

The Talent Management Specialist will lead and monitor the talent strategy for Coca‑Cola FEMSA’s operations in Guatemala. The role ensures that employees have the right skills and development opportunities to meet the company’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and track the full talent cycle, including performance reviews, 360° feedback, calibration, and job postings, using SuccessFactors.
• Manage the performance process, ensuring timelines, data entry, and user support are met.
• Coordinate planning meetings and consolidate replacement tables.
• Support talent mapping (9‑box) and follow up on development actions.
• Lead local employer branding initiatives and monitor related metrics.
• Drive talent attraction activities based on market analysis and defined guidelines.
• Consolidate development agendas for key talent and operational needs.
• Promote continuous learning programs and track participation.
• Monitor talent KPIs, participation rates, and results of DEI actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field; preferably a Master’s in HR or an MBA.
• 4‑6 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a desire to learn and make an impact.
