Full Stack Developer – Front‑End Focus

About the role

Rausch Sturm LLP is looking for a Full Stack Developer who leans heavily on front‑end work. You will own the user interfaces used by employees and consumers – internal line‑of‑business apps, a consumer‑facing cloud portal, and the public web presence – and build the supporting ASP.NET Core endpoints when required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal applications with Blazor Server (.NET 9) using Radzen components.
• Implement new features in the Angular 19 consumer portal (Angular Material, RxJS, MSAL/JWT, Application Insights).
• Build modern Vue 3 + TypeScript apps with Vite, Pinia, Vue Router, Tailwind/DaisyUI and Chart.js.
• Write and maintain SCSS design foundations compiled via Webpack/Sass for consistent styling.
• Maintain public‑facing ASP.NET Core MVC/Razor sites and affiliate sites.
• Create backend services – ASP.NET Core controllers, minimal APIs, DTOs, EF Core or Dapper data access, and T‑SQL.
• Integrate with REST APIs through Azure API Management, handling authentication with Microsoft Entra ID/IdentityServer.
• Ensure every release meets WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and validate with Lighthouse/axe‑core.
• Write unit and component tests (Vitest, Jasmine/Karma, bUnit, xUnit/MSTest) and maintain test coverage.
• Provide urgent support, bug fixes, and cross‑team assistance as priorities shift.

Required profile

• Strong experience with at least one modern front‑end framework and willingness to work across multiple stacks.
• Commitment to accessibility – able to produce WCAG 2.2‑compliant UI.
• Ability to switch between new development and maintenance tasks without losing focus.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
