Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel & React Developer to join its rapidly expanding remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, delivering modern web applications that combine robust back‑end APIs with responsive front‑end interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) applications and RESTful APIs.
• Build interactive front‑end features using React (and optionally Vue.js or Livewire).
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data access layers with Eloquent ORM and Laravel Query Builder.
• Write automated tests using Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel (v8 or newer).
• Strong understanding of modern PHP practices and testing methodologies.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, meet estimates, and deliver quality code.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a focus on client success.
