Full-Stack Web Developer (Developer III)

About the role

This position is focused on building and maintaining full‑stack applications that serve users across multiple Latin American countries. The role offers high autonomy, allowing you to own features from requirement gathering through design, implementation, testing, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, deploy, document, and maintain software across the entire technology stack, including frontend, backend, database, server, networking, and architecture components.
• Provide application development services and technical support for existing systems and new technology deployments.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and specifications.
• Write high‑quality, maintainable code, create test plans, debug, and ensure compliance with development standards.
• Support and enhance cloud‑based and third‑party applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on initiatives involving data processes, integrations, and governance.
• Mentor and coach other developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Engage directly with users and business partners to resolve issues and gather additional requirements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building full‑stack web applications.
• Ability to work independently and take end‑to‑end ownership of features.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with cross‑regional teams and end users.
