Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Athena is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead talent acquisition for its high‑impact client base. You will partner with hiring managers, manage the full hiring lifecycle, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals and personal networks.
• Process applicant pools, administer assessments, and conduct final interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules, send invitations, and ensure attendance of all parties.
• Provide feedback to candidates and manage offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain and report on vacancy status in the Athena ATS.
• Anticipate hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and enhance Athena’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple vacancies.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on candidate experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Effective use of LinkedIn for sourcing and networking.
• Familiarity with online job portals and social media recruiting channels.
