Strategic Account Executive Manager

About the role

Visa is seeking a Strategic Account Executive Manager to lead and grow relationships with key clients across the Northern Triangle and broader Latin America & Caribbean region. You will act as the trusted advisor, shaping market strategies and delivering innovative payment solutions that drive revenue and portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that increase revenue, portfolio utilization, and adoption of Visa products.
• Identify and lead business opportunities across issuing, acquiring, digital payments, value‑added services, and emerging solutions.
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Partner with clients to address challenges using data‑driven recommendations and market insights.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketing, Risk, Consulting, Client Services, Regional Leadership) to achieve objectives.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Leverage analytics and market intelligence to monitor performance and optimize results.
• Build and maintain executive‑level stakeholder relationships and promote best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver growth.
• Willingness to work at least three days per week on‑site.
