Technical Project Manager – Visa Consulting & Analytics

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead client‑facing technology implementation and digital transformation engagements for Visa Consulting and Analytics. Working with banks, fintechs, processors and internal Visa teams, you will drive the modernization of payment ecosystems through end‑to‑end project ownership and solution architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technology implementation and digital transformation projects for Visa’s clients.
• Manage scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, milestones, KPIs and quality across the project lifecycle.
• Define and execute project governance, ensuring clear decision‑making and accountability.
• Coordinate cross‑functional technical squads, including architects, developers and implementation specialists.
• Assess client infrastructure, payment platforms and integration layers to design realistic roadmaps.
• Guide the implementation of secure, scalable, API‑based payment solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technology projects and digital transformation initiatives in the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams and management of complex project backlogs.
