Training Coordination Specialist

About the role

The Learning Coordinator serves as the engine room of the CSD Learning Solutions team, handling the logistics, scheduling, and tracking of safety and technical training for field technicians and managers. This fast‑paced position requires strong organizational abilities and a proactive mindset to improve learning delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize high‑volume training requests for safety, product, service, and technician training initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling, curriculum execution, and tracking of new‑hire onboarding programs in close alignment with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update training items within the TeamHub LMS, responding to internal developer requests.
• Act as primary liaison for the CSD Learning Solutions Project Manager, coordinating all training activities.
• Provide rapid, professional support through the CSD Scheduling Inbox, addressing manager and technician inquiries.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements, leveraging AI tools such as Gemini, FueliX, or other approved solutions to automate routine tasks.

Required skills
