About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telemarketing Executive to promote a range of financial products, including extra financing, accounts, loans, and insurance. The role involves making outbound calls, providing personalized advice, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic financial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing clients by phone to present financial solutions.
• Deliver tailored advice based on client needs and product features.
• Meet or exceed monthly commercial targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, banking, or financial products.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting goals.
• Professional personal presentation.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday.
• Ability to travel to Zona 12, Avenida Petapa as needed.
