About the role

The company, a client in the banking sector, is looking for a Collections Supervisor to lead a telephone collections team in a call‑center environment. The role focuses on achieving recovery targets, maintaining high contactability rates, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of telephone collections agents.
• Ensure achievement of recovery goals, contactability, and payment promise fulfillment.
• Monitor and enforce key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the collections workflow.
• Prepare management reports and propose corrective actions.
• Guarantee adherence to banking protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a collections supervisor in a call‑center setting.
• Knowledge of the banking sector and collection regulations.
• Experience managing operational and strategic KPIs such as RPC, recoveries, and fulfilled promises.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools or predictive dialers.
• Strong leadership, effective communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
