About the role
KrediYA is expanding and seeks a motivated Call Center Agent with a strong commercial focus. You will proactively reach out to clients who have approved credit but have not completed their purchase, turning opportunities into closed sales.
Key responsibilities
- Contact clients with approved credit who have not finalized their purchase.
- Identify objections during the sales process.
- Apply persuasive sales and closing techniques.
- Convert leads into effective sales.
- Contribute to the achievement of placement targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Diversificado).
- 1‑2 years of experience in commercial call‑center or retention roles.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and Microsoft Office tools.

- Microsoft Office
