About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join a reputable client’s call center team as Customer Service Agents. The role involves handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high‑quality service experience while meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support through phone calls.
- Resolve queries and deliver clear, timely information.
- Follow up on customer requests and requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Achieve the indicators and objectives set for the position.
- Guarantee a quality service experience.
Required profile
- Minimum English proficiency at B2 level (mandatory).
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong orientation to service and customer care.
- Immediate availability.
- Full‑time availability.
- Willingness to work rotating schedules that may change weekly.
- Ability to take two rotating days off per week.
