About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join a reputable client’s call center team as Customer Service Agents. The role involves handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high‑quality service experience while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support through phone calls.
• Resolve queries and deliver clear, timely information.
• Follow up on customer requests and requirements.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Achieve the indicators and objectives set for the position.
• Guarantee a quality service experience.

Required profile

• Minimum English proficiency at B2 level (mandatory).
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong orientation to service and customer care.
• Immediate availability.
• Full‑time availability.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules that may change weekly.
• Ability to take two rotating days off per week.
