Analista Programador Senior

About the role

The organization is seeking a Senior Analyst Programmer to work onsite in Zona 10, Guatemala. The professional will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software solutions, from analysis and design to development, support, maintenance, and implementation, while ensuring proper technical documentation and adherence to internal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and test front‑end and back‑end components using modern frameworks.
• Maintain and support existing applications, providing timely issue resolution.
• Implement micro‑service architectures and ensure code quality, security, and performance.
• Produce and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation for all deliverables.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced studies (master’s) in Information Security or modern technologies are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Angular and/or React (front‑end, mandatory).
• Visual Studio .NET 2022, C# and micro‑services development (mandatory).
• PL/SQL with Oracle or SQL Server (back‑end, mandatory).
• Android / iOS development (Flutter or Android Studio preferred).
• PHP Laravel (desirable).
• CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Bootstrap.
