About the role

The Recruitment and Selection Assistant will lead and manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, ensuring the company fills its vacancies efficiently and with qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the business line.
  • Write and publish job vacancies on various digital platforms.
  • Screen and select candidates who meet the defined requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct virtual or in‑person interviews.
  • Provide pre‑selected qualified candidates to management.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of interviews and new hires.
  • Prepare hiring documentation and information packages.
  • Guide the orientation of newly hired employees.

Required profile

  • At least 6 months of proven experience in recruitment.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Residence in areas adjacent to zone 12.

    What we offer

    • Salary of Q4,252.28 per month.
    • Statutory benefits.
    • Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
    • Permanent position.
