About the role
The Recruitment and Selection Assistant will lead and manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, ensuring the company fills its vacancies efficiently and with qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the business line.
- Write and publish job vacancies on various digital platforms.
- Screen and select candidates who meet the defined requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct virtual or in‑person interviews.
- Provide pre‑selected qualified candidates to management.
- Maintain comprehensive records of interviews and new hires.
- Prepare hiring documentation and information packages.
- Guide the orientation of newly hired employees.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of proven experience in recruitment.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Residence in areas adjacent to zone 12.

What we offer
- Salary of Q4,252.28 per month.
- Statutory benefits.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Permanent position.
