Bilingual IT & Tech Support Associate (B2) – Zone 10

About the role

Join Telus as a Bilingual IT & Tech Support Associate, providing on‑site assistance to users at the modern Torre Pradera facility in Zone 10. You will use your English B2 proficiency to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth system connectivity for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix hardware, software and operating system problems.
• Assist users with internet connectivity and device configuration.
• Document incidents and follow established ticketing procedures.
• Participate in scheduled technical training and adhere to shift assignments.
• Maintain high service quality while meeting performance metrics.

Required profile

• English level B2 (upper‑intermediate) with conversational fluency.
• High School Diploma / Diversificado completed.
• Basic interest or knowledge in hardware, software, operating systems, or internet troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Full availability to work on‑site in Zone 10.
