About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join a well‑known company’s call‑center team. The role involves handling inbound calls, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring a high‑quality service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive customer service through phone calls.
- Resolve queries and deliver clear, timely information.
- Follow up on requests and ongoing cases.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Achieve the performance indicators and objectives set for the position.
- Guarantee a consistent, quality service experience.
Required profile
- Minimum English proficiency at B2 level (mandatory).
- Complete secondary education.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Strong orientation toward service and customer care.
- Immediate availability for full‑time work.
- Willingness to work rotating schedules that may change weekly, with two rotating days off per week.
