Customer Service Representative – Quetzaltenango

About the role

Join TELUS Digital as a Customer Service Representative in Quetzaltenango, providing front‑line support to consumers, vendors and partners. You will handle inbound calls, online inquiries and emails, identify the root cause of issues and deliver effective resolutions while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of policies and products.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming consumer calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Contact consumers, vendors or partners when additional information is required.
• Diagnose issues, determine root causes and resolve problems in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs of each interaction in the account system and document all assisted cases.
• Stay current on product updates, policies, procedures and performance objectives.
• Communicate with supervisors, team members and other departments about trends, solutions and challenges.
• Protect confidential account information and adhere to data‑security guidelines.
