About the role

We are looking for a Junior Developer to join our digital transformation team. You will work with modern web and backend technologies, applying agile practices while receiving guidance from experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop web applications and backend services.
• Design, implement, and consume REST APIs.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and agile project workflows.
• Build responsive user interfaces.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Document code and provide application support.
• Take part in code reviews and suggest continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (minimum 75% of curriculum completed) or holder of a technical programming diploma.
• 0‑2 years of software development experience through internships, projects, or personal work.
• Demonstrated ability with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) or backend languages (Python, Java, C#, Node.js).
• Portfolio of open‑source contributions or personal projects (e.g., GitHub).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, Git, testing, and AI‑assisted development tools is a plus.
