Implementation Consultant – Client Onboarding & Payroll

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead the onboarding experience for new clients of an international company. The role focuses on configuring payroll solutions, validating employee data, and ensuring a smooth transition for customers in the United States payroll environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client implementations, acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
• Train clients on platform usage, processes, and related tools.
• Validate employee information and guarantee data quality.
• Configure solutions and support payroll processes within PrismHR.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Sales, and Customer Success teams to achieve successful implementations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client implementation, HR, onboarding, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with U.S. payroll processes.
• Proven experience in direct client management.
• Strong knowledge of PrismHR, reporting, and platform configuration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database validation.
• Advanced English (C1 level or higher).
