About the role

As an IT Project Manager at BairesDev, you will lead medium to large‑scale technology projects, primarily focused on staff augmentation and software delivery. You will coordinate highly skilled, cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic technology plans to support organizational effectiveness.
• Organize and monitor project outcomes, coach team members, and align with company procedures.
• Promote clear communication, develop team relationships, and identify growth opportunities for staff retention.
• Evaluate billable utilization, support capacity planning, and contribute to profitability forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Assess IT strategies, identify issues, track trends, and understand requirements.
• Assist financial objectives through forecasting, expense management, variance review, and corrective actions.
• Implement organizational standards to ensure quality service.
• Support overall team success by delivering related results as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management or related roles.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Client‑focused mindset with experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Proven multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• People‑management experience, including performance planning and team development.
• Solid IT industry background and advanced English proficiency.
