Junior Recruiter – Bilingual (Spanish/English)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Junior Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring for our retail field teams. You will contact candidate referrals, conduct initial screening conversations in both Spanish and English, and schedule interviews for the field recruiter. The role focuses on speed, candidate experience, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Contact candidate referrals within the same day they are received.
• Conduct short screening calls in Spanish and English, using structured qualification questions to accurately qualify or disqualify candidates.
• Schedule interviews directly with the field recruiter, ensure candidates understand next steps, and send confirmations and reminders.
• Track all candidate activity in the system, maintain organized records, and follow up with candidates as needed.
• Provide a professional candidate experience on every call, communicate clearly in both languages, and answer basic candidate questions.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, recruiting, or administrative roles.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to follow structured processes.
• Experience supporting US‑based teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a high‑output environment.
