M&A Manager (Mergers & Acquisitions)

About the role

The M&A Manager will lead and coordinate all phases of mergers, acquisitions, alliances and divestitures, ensuring projects meet strategic objectives, timelines and budgets. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external advisors and investment banks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead M&A processes from opportunity assessment through execution and post‑deal integration.
• Analyze and recommend investment, acquisition, partnership and divestiture opportunities, evaluating financial viability and strategic fit.
• Manage the M&A project portfolio, overseeing business cases, financial hypotheses, sources and uses of funds, and deliverable tracking.
• Coordinate internal teams, advisors, and banking partners, negotiating terms and securing favorable transaction conditions.
• Develop financing strategies and business cases aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (required).
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Proven experience managing transactional M&A processes.
• Strong understanding of the markets in which the organization operates and the commercial‑financial environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
