About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused representative to join our fully remote team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound inquiries across email, chat and phone, ensuring each customer receives accurate information and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and processes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow up on requests to confirm full resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support or call centre environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
