Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev’s global talent team as a Talent Quality Auditor, working 100% remotely. You will be responsible for safeguarding the consistency and quality of all Talent Acquisition interactions, from candidate calls to screening interviews and written communications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflow steps.
• Measure performance against defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs, documenting findings with precision.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, and propose actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine audit frameworks and evaluation criteria.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance using scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data review, and excellent written documentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
