About the role

This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the timely acquisition of qualified talent that aligns with the organization’s objectives and workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer recruitment processes for a variety of positions across the company.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Publish job opportunities on multiple sources and platforms.
• Conduct competency‑focused evaluations and interviews.
• Coordinate pre‑hiring activities and validate candidate documentation.
• Guide candidates through each stage of the onboarding process.
• Provide timely follow‑up to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support HR and marketing initiatives related to talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of interview and candidate assessment methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Experience handling recruitment reports and metrics.
• Occasional travel or site visits as required by the role.
