US Payroll Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a US Payroll Implementation Consultant to join an international company operating in Colombia and Guatemala. The role is onsite and focuses on leading payroll implementation projects for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high‑quality onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation processes for new US payroll clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact during client transition and onboarding.
• Train clients on platform usage and payroll processes.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
• Resolve incidents and guarantee an exceptional client experience.
• Manage reports, configurations, and data validation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, HR or related areas.
• Direct experience working with clients.
• Mandatory experience with US payroll.
• Advanced English (C1 level) required.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Detail‑oriented and customer‑service focused.
