About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Agent to join our commercial team. The role focuses on promoting a portfolio of financial products to potential clients via phone, with a strong emphasis on achieving monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential customers to present and sell financial products.
- Identify business opportunities and effectively handle objections.
- Close sales over the phone and meet monthly performance goals.
- Conduct physical visits to clients when required.
- Open new accounts and manage ongoing portfolio follow‑up.
Required profile
- Passion for sales and strong verbal communication skills.
- Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets.
- Experience in corporate sales, insurance, or clinical services is preferred.
- Ability to manage a client portfolio and follow up consistently.
