AI & Crowd Sourcing Manager

About the role

This position leads a global sourcing team responsible for building and managing candidate pipelines, advertising strategies, and delivering on customer recruitment targets. The manager works closely with internal and external stakeholders to align recruitment activities with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple recruitment projects across several countries, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of recruitment professionals.
• Schedule team meetings and off‑site events, keeping members updated on changes.
• Provide daily project status updates to the Director of Recruitment.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Present recruitment progress at quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with PMO and Sales to define recruitment requirements, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Implement tools, techniques, and best practices across programs.
• Generate advertising efficiencies and centralize project templates.
• Manage ATS upgrades, testing, and onboarding of new team members.
• Travel for off‑site customer visits and work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a team‑lead role.
• Experience in technology hiring and university relationships is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and project‑management skills.
• 4th‑level qualification preferred or equivalent business experience.
