About the role

The company, a leading automotive group with well‑known vehicle, truck and passenger transport brands, is expanding its sales force across Guatemala. As an Auto Sales Advisor you will work in one of its agencies, prospecting customers, building relationships and closing vehicle sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for vehicle purchases.
• Present financing, leasing and insurance options to clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate deals and finalize contracts in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vehicle sales, financial products, real estate or other high‑performance commercial sectors.
• Strong ability to prospect, develop commercial relationships and close deals.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Previous experience in the automotive sector is highly valued.
