About the role
Clicksplan is looking for a motivated Business Advisor to join our on‑site tele‑sales team. You will turn pre‑qualified leads into satisfied customers while developing your sales expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospects via phone and digital channels.
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Handle objections and answer questions.
- Close sales and achieve targets.
- Log all activities in the ClicksCore system.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality and good organization.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Eagerness to learn sales techniques and work toward goals.
- Availability to work on‑site.
