About the role
Join GCG, a leading provider of aviation and culinary solutions across the Caribbean and Latin America, as a Treasury Assistant. You will support the finance team in managing payments, tax compliance, and cash‑flow activities, ensuring smooth financial operations for the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Issue, record, and process company payments.
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations, utility bills, and recurring expenses.
- Perform control and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare and complete required financial reports.
- Handle phone inquiries from suppliers and banks to coordinate payments and confirm checks.
- Assist with any additional tasks as directed by management.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and banking partners.
- Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
