Bilingual Customer Service Representative – No High School Diploma Required

About the role

We are looking for fluent English‑Spanish speakers to join a high‑volume call centre supporting a major telecom client in Guatemala City. The position is on‑site, full‑time, and includes paid training from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in English and Spanish, providing accurate information and resolutions.
• Document interactions in the company’s CRM system following quality standards.
• Meet performance and quality targets set for each shift.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2) – spoken and written.
• Immediate availability for early‑morning training (starting at 05:30 AM).
• Ability to work on‑site at Pacific Center, Zona 11, Guatemala City.
• Strong listening, problem‑solving and customer‑service mindset.
