About the role
Viva is looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive in a fast‑growing startup environment. You will leverage your leadership experience to keep the executive’s day running smoothly while improving internal processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
- Improve workflows, create reports, maintain SOPs, and coordinate internal projects.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager).
- C1 level English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Google Workspace
- Slack
- Notion
- Interest in AI tools
What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every 6 months.
- Fixed schedule, no overtime, paid holidays, vacation, sick days, family care days, and parental leave.
