Encargado de Mantenimiento (Las Margaritas)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across our City Core facilities. The role ensures that all installations operate smoothly, the property is well‑maintained, and users enjoy a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond promptly to corrective maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain the condition of buildings, commercial spaces, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external service providers and internal teams to guarantee timely repairs.
• Document work orders, track performance metrics, and report on maintenance status.

Required profile

• Basic education (high school) required; technical training in industrial electricity is desirable.
• 1–3 years of experience in general building maintenance, preferably in malls, hotels, offices or similar properties.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
