About the role

We are looking for a Fashion Specialist who will turn market trends into star products. The role combines creativity with technical knowledge to drive product development and buying.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse fashion trends, styles, colours and materials.
• Lead the product buying process, ensuring selections align with market trends and consumer needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and commercial teams to develop collections that meet quality, cost and commercial objectives.
• Participate in the design and conceptualisation of new product lines and collections.

Required profile

• Degree or completed studies in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Experience or solid knowledge in fashion buying and/or product development.
• Ability to evaluate product quality, functionality, cost and commercial viability.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with suppliers and commercial departments.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of fabrics, textiles, fibres, materials and finishes.
• Understanding of garment construction processes.
• Product design and conceptualisation expertise.
• Trend analysis and forecasting abilities.
