About the role

Sika, a global leader in chemicals for construction and automotive industries, is looking for a passionate HR Generalist to support talent development, organizational culture, and continuous improvement across its business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
• Design and implement organizational development initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Coordinate training programs, competency development, and professional growth plans.
• Manage performance evaluation cycles, talent identification, and individual development plans.
• Measure and enhance employee engagement, climate, and overall experience.
• Provide advisory support to managers on labor relations, performance, and talent management.
• Administer core HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
• Generate HR metrics, analyses, and reports to drive data‑based decisions.
• Participate in regional projects aimed at strengthening culture and employee well‑being.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in key HR functions.
• Proven experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management or general HR activities.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and operational staff management skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple offices or project sites as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
